im sure for Replacing the steering wheel locks up its really hard so you need some a friend but i recoment some mechanic experience with this machine if you not sure fot Install the ignition lock connector. for the first find a mechanic and he can show you to Install the cable to lock the steering wheel. also Checking the steering wheel lock function. this support for locking the lighting direction.

 for Use a new lamp. can be check for the switch for the windshield wipers. -the lever to turn signal lamps.
